MAANSHAN IRON (00323) announced that on September 9, 2026, the fifth meeting of the tenth board of directors reviewed and approved the proposal to nominate candidates for the eleventh board of directors (excluding independent non-executive directors), agreeing to nominate Mr. Jiang Yuxiang and Mr. Fu Ming as candidates for directors (excluding independent non-executive directors) of the eleventh board of directors. The above nominations have been reviewed and approved by the nomination committee of the tenth board of directors and are now submitted for election at the shareholders' meeting.
