Haime Technology (300084.SZ) announced that its largest shareholder, Ningbo Xinyue Zhengcheng Energy Co., Ltd., intends to transfer 5% of its shares in the company to the actual controller, Fan Zhonghua, for a transfer price of 240 million yuan; and to transfer 5.8% of its shares to the actual controller's concert party, Yang Baohe, for a transfer price of 278 million yuan. The total shares involved amount to 59.261 million shares (accounting for 10.8% of the companys total equity). This change in ownership will not result in a change in the companys controlling shareholder or actual controller.
