(002973.SZ) announced that the company intends to sign the fourth batch of "Computing Power Equipment Procurement Contracts" with Company A to continue purchasing servers and related equipment, with a total amount not exceeding RMB 66,572,500. The company plans to sign a "Computing Power Service Contract" with Company B, with a term of 5 years, signed annually. The total amount of the contract, including tax, is RMB 66,560,300 per year, accounting for 1.84% of the company's audited operating income for the fiscal year 2025.
