China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation (03969) announced that Ms. Qiu Wei was elected as the employee director of the company's fifth board of directors during the plenary session of the employee representative assembly, with her term coinciding with that of the fifth board of directors. Mr. Yao Guiqing, a member of the fourth board of directors, will not seek re-election as a director upon the expiration of his term. Mr. Yao Guiqing will cease to serve as the company's independent non-executive director, member of the Strategic and Investment Committee, member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, chairman of the Nomination Committee, chairman of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and member of the Quality and Safety Committee, effective September 8, 2026.
