Kai'er New Materials (300234.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary, Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Area Kai'er Cultural Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Kai'er Culture"), plans to transfer its 3.3941% equity stake in Shanghai Hezhi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hezhi Information") to Yang Zhiguo for a price of 8 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Kai'er Culture will no longer hold any equity in Hezhi Information.

(referred to as "Hezhi Information") to Yang Zhiguo for 8 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Kaier Culture will no longer hold any equity in Hezhi Information.
