CHIHO ENV (00976) announced that the company has been informed by the receiver that the lender ZY INTL (Asia) Limited has fully repaid the proceeds from the sale of the Scholz Group by the receiver. All obligations and liabilities of the company under the financing agreement have been fully performed and discharged. As of September 3, 2026, the share mortgage related to CRIH, CRD, and CTRL shares has been released. The relevant registration procedures for the release of the share mortgage will be completed at an appropriate time. As of the date of this announcement, the company has received approximately $334 million from the receiver.
