The board is pleased to announce that the acquisition was completed on September 2, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the equity acquisition agreement. As of the date of this announcement, Aeston Kuizhuo has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance has been incorporated into the groups financial statements.

(Estun Automation Koozhu) on September 2, 2026, in accordance with the terms of the equity acquisition agreement.
