Haqing Zhiyuan (01392) announced that, according to the announcement regarding adjustments to the list of Hong Kong Stock Connect eligible securities released by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the shares issued by the company and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited have been included in the list of eligible securities for Stock Connect (hereinafter collectively referred to as Hong Kong Stock Connect), effective from September 7, 2026.
HQVT (01392) announced that, according to the announcements issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding adjustments to the list of eligible securities for the Hong Kong Stock Connect, the companys shares issued and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange have been included in the list of eligible securities for the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively referred to as Hong Kong Stock Connect), effective from September 7, 2026.
After the companys H shares are included in the Hong Kong Stock Connect list, qualified investors in mainland China can directly invest in the companys H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The board of directors believes that the inclusion of the companys H shares in the Hong Kong Stock Connect list will help expand the companys shareholder base and enhance the trading liquidity of the companys H shares.
