The Shanghai Stock Exchange announced on September 4 that, according to the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Rules for the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect," FOURSEMI (03625) has officially been added to the list of eligible securities for the Hong Kong Stock Connect. This adjustment will take effect from September 7 (Monday). This means that mainland investors can now directly buy and sell FOURSEMI through the Shanghai and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, effectively unlocking southbound capital. FOURSEMI (03625) announced that at the board meeting held on August 28, 2026, the board resolved to propose the adoption of the 2026 H-share incentive plan to promote its long-term sustainable development, attract and retain qualified participants who have contributed to the long-term growth and success of the group, align the interests of qualified participants with those of shareholders, investors, and the company, and optimize the companys incentive mechanism. The company will grant award shares through (i) H-shares purchased in the secondary market by the trustee; (ii) new H-shares to be issued by the company; and (iii) any legally held treasury shares by the company (if any).
