The Malaysian consulting company V Capital Consulting Group (VCCG.US) has set its IPO price at $4 per share, aiming to raise $30 million.

Malaysia-based business consulting firm V Capital Consulting Group (VCCG.US) announced its initial public offering (IPO) terms on Thursday. The company, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, plans to raise $30 million by issuing 7.5 million shares at a price of $4.00 per share. At the proposed offering price, the market capitalization of V Capital Consulting Group will reach $142 million.
The company initially filed for a U.S. IPO in January 2026 and recently revised its prospectus in March; in the latest submission, V Capital Consulting Group also changed its lead underwriter.
V Capital Consulting Group provides listing advisory and business strategy consulting services for enterprises. The company offers end-to-end listing solutions that include organizational readiness consulting, management of the due diligence process, peer and industry analysis, assistance in drafting offering materials, and comprehensive support for clients throughout the listing process.
VCCG is a spin-off from the Malaysian consulting firm VCI Global (VCIG.US), which went public on NASDAQ in 2023. V Capital Consulting Group underwent restructuring in 2026, during which VCI Global sold all of its shares in VCCG to VHKLan entity controlled by VCIG CEO Hoo Voon Himfor a transaction price of $34 million (the payment is yet to be made but must be paid in cash and/or stock by December 15, 2028); following this sale, Hoo Voon Him transferred all of his ownership in VHKL to his wife Liew Soo Hua, who is the executive director of VCCG.
V Capital Consulting Group was established in 2016 and achieved revenues of $11 million for the 12 months ending December 31, 2025. The company plans to list on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol VCCG. Craft Capital Management is serving as the sole book-running manager for this transaction, replacing the previous underwriter, D. Boral Capital.
