The electric power distribution product manufacturer Accelevation (ACCV.US) aims to take advantage of the AI boom to launch on the U.S. stock market, potentially raising $800 million.
Data center power distribution and infrastructure product manufacturer Accelevation Holdings submitted documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday, planning to raise up to approximately $800 million through an initial public offering (IPO).
Accelevation Holdings, a manufacturer of power distribution and infrastructure products for data centers, filed documents with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday, planning to raise up to approximately $800 million through an initial public offering (IPO). The company intends to list on Nasdaq under the stock code "ACCV."
According to information, Accelevation is headquartered in Miamisburg, Ohio, and was founded in 2017. The company is responsible for the manufacturing and installation of power distribution and infrastructure products used inside data centers. Its products and services include branch circuit whips, remote power panels, power distribution units (PDUs), as well as related monitoring, thermal management, and on-site installation services, integrating these facilities into factory-prefabricated components.
The company generates revenue through product sales and the installation and on-site services provided at customer sites. Its clients include hyperscale data center operators, colocation data center operators, and AI and cloud service providers. In 2025, the company is expected to see a 147% increase in revenue; as of June 30, 2026, it had a backlog of orders of about $1.1 billion. Data shows that the company achieved revenue of $727 million in the 12 months ending June 30, 2026.
Several previous market research reports have indicated that the power demand for AI data centers worldwide is experiencing explosive growth, far exceeding the elastic growth model of traditional IT loads. In the coming years, utility companies in the U.S. and other grid builders may need to spend trillions of dollars to massively upgrade aging grids and provide the most robust power expansion resources for the unprecedented new construction and expansion cycle of AI data centers dominated by tech giants like Microsoft, Google, and Amazon.
Undoubtedly, whether through grid system upgrades or the policy orientation towards "self-built power systems," there is a driving force behind a structural re-evaluation cycle of global power assets fully propelled by the construction boom of AI computing power infrastructure. For Accelevation, the company is well-positioned to perform well in its IPO amid this surge in power assets.
