According to the disclosure from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 31, Hong Kong pain management solutions service provider Yucanguo International Health Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Yucanguo International") has submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Jianquan Financing Limited acting as the sole sponsor. According to the prospectus, Yucanguo International operates under the brand "Functional Regeneration Pain Health Group" and primarily offers a range of non-surgical, non-invasive, and non-pharmaceutical pain management therapies, dedicated to providing customers with a one-stop service that integrates "pain relief, detoxification, and functional enhancement." Currently, the group has three large service centers in Hong Kong, located at Times Square in Causeway Bay, Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, and New Town Plaza in Sha Tin. Each service center has a construction area of approximately 18,000 square feet. As of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the number of customers served by the group increased to 11,200, and the average annual spending per customer has also risen for three consecutive years, reaching approximately HKD 60,000. In the 2026 fiscal year, the group achieved revenue of about HKD 370 million. The prospectus indicates that, due to the increase in the number of customers, the expansion of service center sizes, and the hiring of additional staff to support business growth, the group has experienced a decline in profit margins over the past two years. Deeply involved in pain and health services for over 18 years Yucanguo Internationals "Functional Regeneration Pain Health Group" has more than 18 years of experience in pain management and health services. The pain management and body function enhancement services offered by the group are primarily based on its self-developed RDS+ therapy, which originates from the principles of traditional Chinese medicine meridian systems. RDS+ stands for "pain relief, detoxification, and functional enhancement." By combining various types of energy therapy instruments, it aims to improve the circulation of qi and blood as well as the bodily functional conditions. The group employs multiple energy therapy devices during treatment services to provide targeted pain management and body function enhancement for clients. As of July 31, 2026, the group has a total of 255 employees, including traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, functional enhancement consultants with qualifications in physical therapy, nutritionists, and professionally trained therapists. Promoting new energy principle treatment instruments The prospectus also mentions that Yucanguo International has launched a new type of treatment instrument based on energy principles, used to assist in the repair of soft tissues (including muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia); alleviate muscle stiffness; unblock meridians to promote circulation of qi and blood; enhance the body's detoxification process; relax tight joints; and improve the elasticity of tissues.
