BLACK SESAME (02533) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with group revenue reaching RMB 458 million, a year-on-year increase of 81.3%; gross profit of RMB 227 million, a year-on-year increase of 261.9%; and a net loss of RMB 770 million. During the reporting period, the group accelerated the industrialization process of its high-level assisted driving computing platform, achieving a year-on-year growth of 66.8% in its assisted driving business. Following the introduction of the Huashan A2000 series at the beginning of the year, the group is expediting the mass production of the A2000 solution at several mainstream manufacturers, including Dongfeng, Yutong, and Chery; at the same time, the group continues to deepen its business cooperation with strategic key customers, covering multiple sectors such as passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and unmanned logistics, and has secured mass production project points for L2+ to L3 level assisted driving functions, validating the adaptability of its chip engineering capabilities in advanced intelligent driving scenarios. With the gradual rollout of supporting solutions developed in cooperation with algorithm partners like Yuanrong and Nullmax, the Huashan A2000 chip will officially enter mass production in the second half of the year. To ensure the large-scale production and delivery of the A2000, the group is concurrently establishing a complete and open high-level assisted driving system; based on high-performance chips, supporting self-developed software SDKs, an end-to-end AI toolchain, and an end-to-end/visual-language-action (VLA) reference model, while also being compatible with third-party algorithm ecosystems. The entire technical solution is preemptively aligned with the national mandatory standard for "Safety Requirements for Automated Driving Systems of Intelligent Connected Vehicles," which will be implemented on July 1, 2027, to facilitate the large-scale commercialization of L3 level autonomous driving in advance. Key breakthroughs have also been achieved in the cross-domain integration product line. The Wudang C1200 series is the first integrated chip platform in the country to achieve mass production, and it has already been installed in the Dongfeng Tianyuan Smart Cabin platform, with expectations for large-scale vehicle deliveries in the second half of 2026, strengthening the group's layout in the cross-domain integration field. Meanwhile, mature products continuously solidify the foundation, with the Huashan A1000 assisted driving solution consistently ramping up among customers like Dongfeng, FAW, and BYD Company Limited, steadily contributing to the group's core business revenue.
