According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchanges disclosure on August 30, Hangzhou Bangshun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Bangshun Pharmaceutical) has submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with China Securities Co., Ltd. as its exclusive sponsor. The company previously submitted a registration to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 22, 2026. According to the prospectus, Bangshun Pharmaceutical is a biotechnology company in the commercialization stage, focusing on the discovery, development, and commercialization of innovative therapies for tumors and autoimmune diseases. The company has established a product pipeline consisting of two core products and five preclinical candidates. In terms of clinical progress, Bezelasitib is the number one JAK inhibitor in China for the treatment of PV and the leading JAK inhibitor globally for the treatment of ET. Additionally, one of the companys core products, CX1440, is among the top three BTK inhibitors globally for the treatment of ITP and among the top two BTK inhibitors globally for the treatment of CU and AIHA.
