On August 28, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued a reply granting approval for Chongqing Yulong Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. to register its initial public offering (IPO) of stocks. It is reported that Yulong Technology plans to list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Growth Enterprise Market, with CITIC Securities as its sponsor, aiming to raise 1 billion yuan.
The prospectus shows that Yulong Technology focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of intelligent control cards and precision functional devices related to new semiconductor display panels, and is committed to becoming the most valuable company in China's intelligent control field. The company's main products are widely used by leading domestic semiconductor display panel manufacturers. According to Frost & Sullivan data, in 2024, the company is expected to hold approximately 14% market share in Chinas intelligent control card applications (including laptops, tablets, monitors, televisions, and automotive screens), ranking first in the market and establishing a leading position in the industry.
