TATA Health (01255) announced that it expects the group to record a loss attributable to owners of approximately HKD 12.399 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to a profit attributable to owners of approximately HKD 20.596 million for the same period in 2025. The board of directors believes that the turnaround from profit to loss for the owners during the reporting period is mainly due to a one-time gain of approximately HKD 34.7 million from the sale of a subsidiary in the same period of 2025. However, no such gain from the sale of the subsidiary was recorded during the reporting period, resulting in a loss for that period.
