Yida Investment Holdings (06182) announced that the board of directors received a notification from the companys major shareholder, Mr. Li Haoyuan, that he sold 90 million shares of the company on August 27, 2026, accounting for approximately 11.25% of the companys total issued share capital. Following the completion of the sale, Mr. Li no longer holds any shares and is therefore no longer a major shareholder of the company.
