Additionally, according to market news, its public offering segment received subscriptions from 254,000 investors, with an oversubscription of 3,843 times, involving HKD 456.7 billion. Meikaman Siasun Robot & Automation plans to issue 23.141 million H-shares, with 5% available for public offering in Hong Kong. The offer price ranges from HKD 95.3 to 101.7, aiming to raise up to HKD 2.35 billion, with a minimum investment of 30 shares, totaling an entry fee of HKD 3,081.8. In terms of financials, for the fiscal years 2023, 2024, 2025, and the three months ending March 31, 2026, the companys total revenue was approximately RMB 180.8 million, RMB 268.8 million, RMB 388.8 million, and RMB 106.9 million, respectively. During the same period, the recorded losses were approximately RMB 401 million, RMB 283.3 million, RMB 360.2 million, and RMB 56.8 million.
