QILU EXPRESSWAY (01576): The qualification of Shi Wenjiang as the company secretary has been confirmed by the Stock Exchange.
Qilu Highway (01576) announced that the Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Shi Wenjiang meets the qualifications to serve as the company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules. Accordingly, Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned from (i) the position of co-company secretary of the company; (ii) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and (iii) the agent authorized to accept service of legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, effective from August 26, 2026.

Accordingly, Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned from (i) her position as co-company secretary of the company; (ii) the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and (iii) the agent representing the company in Hong Kong for the receipt of legal process documents and notices under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, effective from August 26, 2026.
Effective from August 26, 2026, Mr. Shi will serve independently as the company secretary of the company and will also act as the authorized representative, while Ms. Ye Wenhui will be the agent for the company's legal process documents.
