Yanchang Petroleum International (00346) announced that, starting from August 26, 2026: Mr. Feng Yingguo will resign as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director; Mr. Feng Yingguo will also no longer serve as Authorized Representative and a member of the Remuneration Committee; and Mr. Hu Yujie has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Authorized Representative, and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
