For the six months ended June 30, 2026, productivity applications demonstrated strong growth momentum, with monthly active users (MAU) reaching 33 million in June, a record high. Notably, the growth in markets outside mainland China surged, with MAU increasing by over 80% year-on-year.
As of June 2026, the annual recurring revenue (ARR) of AI productivity applications further grew to approximately 620 million Yuan. Among them, the ARR for Kaifa and Vmake Labs more than doubled and tripled year-on-year, respectively. Additionally, the total consumption of AI computing power points by users achieved over 46% quarter-on-quarter growth in both the first and second quarters of 2026, with the growth rate further accelerating in the second quarter, reflecting the deepening user engagement with AI visual creation workflows.
Furthermore, the Alibaba subscriber has exercised its rights under the subscription agreement for convertible bonds entered into between the Alibaba subscriber and the Company on May 20, 2025, nominating Mr. Jin Qin (Mr. Jin) as a non-executive director.
Accordingly, upon the recommendation of the nomination committee, the board announced that Mr. Jin will be appointed as a non-executive director, effective immediately following the conclusion of the board meeting held on August 26, 2026.
