During this financial period, its performance demonstrated strong resilience, with all core operating indicators being achieved as planned. Total revenue reached a historical high, increasing by 12.9% year-on-year to RMB 43.51 billion (H1 2025: RMB 38.54 billion), while the group maintained its leadership position in the Chinese sports brand industry; the overall gross profit margin improved by 0.5 percentage points to 63.9% (H1 2025: 63.4%); operating efficiency continued to enhance, with overall operating profit margin rising by 0.7 percentage points to 27.0% (H1 2025: 26.3%). On a consolidated basis, including the profits and losses of joint ventures but excluding the impact of the dilution of equity from the placement by Amer Sports, net profit attributable to shareholders saw a year-on-year increase of 12.9% to RMB 7.94 billion (H1 2025: RMB 7.03 billion), achieving double-digit growth on such a scale, reflecting the group's exceptional strategic execution. During this financial period, Anta's segment revenue grew by 4.8% year-on-year to RMB 17.77 billion (H1 2025: RMB 16.95 billion), while the operating profit margin decreased by 0.8 percentage points to 22.5% (H1 2025: 23.3%). Despite intense competition in the mass sports sector, Anta demonstrated strong operational resilience, maintaining its leading position in the Chinese market, driven by online and childrens businesses. Moving forward, the brand will continue to enhance its channel image and operational quality, while steadily advancing its globalization strategy and expanding into new and mature overseas markets.
