On August 25, Jitai Technology disclosed its mid-year performance for 2026. During the reporting period, the company's operating revenue reached 154 million yuan, a substantial increase of 13,339% year-on-year, exceeding last year's total revenue by 47%.
In the global biopharmaceutical transition from "target discovery" to "precise delivery," METIS TECHBIO-P (07666) relies on its innovative self-developed Biological AI infrastructure, the NanoForge platform. The company is deeply engaged in AI for Science, continuously uncovering its core innovative value as a leader in the Biological AI sector. It was reported that on August 25, Ji Tai Technology disclosed its mid-year performance for 2026. During the reporting period, the company's operating revenue reached 154 million yuan, a remarkable year-on-year increase of 13,339%, exceeding last year's total revenue by 47%. Meanwhile, the company's financial structure continually optimized: its R&D expenses rose 48.1% year-on-year to 172 million yuan; the adjusted net loss significantly narrowed by 56.4% to 51.1 million yuan; and the cash reserves stood at 3.025 billion yuan, with the debt-to-asset ratio optimized from 19.3% at the end of 2025 to 9%. The evident acceleration in a series of core financial indicators not only confirms that the AI for Science sector is entering a scaling validation inflection point but also further illustrates the significant growth potential of Ji Tai Technology's main business. As the commercialization results of NanoForge enter a concentrated release period, Ji Tai's core innovative value is expected to continue receiving dual validation from the global industry and capital markets. Accelerating the realization of commercialization milestones, the industrial ecosystem continues to advance. In the first half of 2026, the platform capabilities of NanoForge received substantial recognition from international professional investment institutions and leading multinational pharmaceutical companies, consistently achieving commercial milestones and reaffirming NanoForge's strength in continuously producing globally valuable innovative assets. On June 30 of this year, Ji Tai Technology announced that it had reached a global exclusive licensing agreement with Boulevard Bio, supported by the top global health investment and innovation platform Deerfield, with a total value of up to 1.6 billion U.S. dollars, setting a new record for a single preclinical TCE license amount in China. During the reporting period, Ji Tai also implemented industry infrastructure-level applications for NanoForge, fostering cooperation between its AiTEM artificial intelligence formulation innovation platform and Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals; signed an exclusive licensing agreement with BioThunder AG, securing an exclusive licensing fee of 15 million yuan, covering up to 10 candidate products; and entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Apeloa Pharmaceutical to jointly build an AI + CDMO pharmaceutical innovation ecosystem. In addition, leveraging the capabilities of the NanoForge platform, the company continues to empower global CGT industry partners and has formed technological collaborations with multiple benchmark companies in segmented fields, covering various directions such as cell therapy, gene therapy, fibrotic cell programming, and in vivo immunotherapy. The cooperative models include research collaborations, joint development, and delivery technology licenses, with a potential total transaction amount exceeding 6 billion yuan. More than 10 pipeline sequences are being laid out, enhancing capabilities across three dimensions. On the research and development front, Ji Tai Technology reported total R&D expenditures of 172 million yuan during the reporting period. With strong R&D investment and based on the full-stack capabilities of the NanoForge platform in AiLNP, AiRNA, AiProtein, and AiTEM, the company has established more than 10 research pipelines covering tumor, immunity, metabolism, and central nervous system diseases, creating a hierarchical layout of various drug modalities such as small molecule formulations, mRNA-encoded TCE (T Cell Engagers) / NKCE (Natural Killer Cell Engagers), mRNA therapeutic vaccines, and proteins/antibodies. As an example of the significant BD transaction mentioned above, the variety MTS-128, developed autonomously through Ji Tai's NanoForge, is a next-generation trispecific TCE. Unlike traditional antibody development models, MTS-128 leverages AI-driven molecular engineering technology from the NanoForge platform, achieving end-to-end R&D from molecular design to optimization, demonstrating Ji Tai Technologys ability to deeply integrate artificial intelligence with protein drug design and further validating NanoForge's potential to continuously produce innovative assets. Recently, the world's first clinically validated mRNA therapeutic cancer vaccine confirmed the feasibility and commercialization value of mRNA technology for cancer treatment. Against this backdrop, the NanoForge platform's capabilities in mRNA tumor vaccine development and LNP delivery have received recognition from the secondary market, driving the company's stock price to rise by over 35% in a single day. Ji Tai's ability to realize concentrated commercialization achievements and technological breakthroughs is fundamentally driven by the capability transition of NanoForge in the life sciences field. During the reporting period, the company continued to refine the end-to-end Biological AI capabilities of NanoForge, achieving empirical validation of the scaling laws of Biological AI across three dimensions: design space, delivery capabilities, and drug modalities. Its core value lies not only in improving the efficiency of existing R&D processes but also in continuously expanding the design space in life sciences that can be computed and engineered. In summary, Ji Tai is relying on NanoForge to establish an innovative paradigm that integrates "AI-designed small molecules - AI-designed macromolecules and biological functions - AI understanding and regulating cell states," restructuring the underlying logic of the cell reprogramming era. As the Chairman and CEO of Ji Tai Technology, Lai Caida, stated: We aim to upgrade drug development from trial-and-error projects to a life engineering system that can continuously learn, repeatedly validate, and output at scale. Transitioning from drug delivery to programming life is Ji Tai Technology's most important strategic leap in the next stage.
