China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation (01099) announced that, given that the term of the sixth board of directors will expire on September 14, 2026, it has resolved at the board meeting held on August 21, 2026, to propose the re-election of Mr. Lian Wanyong and Mr. Yang Binghua as executive directors of the seventh board of directors; the re-election of Mr. Jin Bin, Mr. Chen Qiyu, Mr. Zu Jing, Mr. Xing Yonggang, Mr. Ma Yue, Mr. Chen Yuqing, Mr. Wen Dezhong, and Ms. Li Ying as non-executive directors of the seventh board of directors; and the re-election of Mr. Li Peiyu, Mr. Wu Delong, Mr. Yu Weifeng, Mr. Shi Shenghao, and Mr. Chen Weiru as independent non-executive directors of the seventh board of directors.
