During the review period, the group achieved total sales proceeds of RMB 3.532 billion (including VAT), a decrease of 15.0% compared to the same period last year. This change was primarily due to consumers undergoing structural shifts in their spending habits and methods, coupled with the gradual transformation of some stores from traditional department store formats to shopping mall formats, resulting in a corresponding decline in sales from franchise counters and direct sales. Same-store sales decreased by 13.5% during the review period. The group reported an operating profit of RMB 235 million, an 8.6% decrease from RMB 257.6 million in the same period last year.
