CHENQI TECH (09680) announced its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2026, reporting revenue of 4.035 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 140.7%; the loss attributable to equity shareholders was 68.49 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 45.2%; and the loss per share was 0.35 yuan. Total revenue increased from 1.6765 billion yuan for the same period in 2025 to 4.035 billion yuan for the six months ending June 30, 2026, primarily due to the increase in transaction volume from the company's ride-hailing services, which was driven by stronger collaborations with third-party transportation service platforms and regional expansion strategies. Gross profit increased from 195 million yuan for the same period in 2025 to 500.9 million yuan for the six months ending June 30, 2026, mainly due to the contribution of the gross profit from the company's transportation services, where revenue growth outpaced the increase in cost of sales, reflecting improved overall operational efficiency from economies of scale. The order volume rose from 73.3 million orders for the same period in 2025 to 183.7 million orders for the six months ending June 30, 2026, an increase of approximately 150.6%. The daily order volume also grew from 404,900 orders in 2025 to 1,015,200 orders for the six months ending June 30, 2026, marking an increase of about 150.7%. Based on the "Robotaxi+" strategy, we plan to expand Robotaxi operations to 100 core cities over the next five years and co-build a fleet of more than 10,000 vehicles with partners. We will also promote a billion-level investment plan to establish a three-tier Robotaxi operation and maintenance network covering 100 core cities, with the capability to provide offline operational support for 100,000 Robotaxi vehicles annually.
