China Financial Investment Management (00605) announced that on August 19, 2026, the company's controlled non-wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Huixin Microloan (as the lender) entered into a new loan agreement with customer FA (as the borrower), under which Chengdu Huixin Microloan agrees to grant the borrower a new loan with a principal amount of RMB 30 million, for a term of six months, with an annual interest rate of 16%.
