China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation (01099) announced that Mr. Yang Bingshu, executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Board's Strategy and Investment Committee; Mr. Zu Jing, non-executive director, and Mr. Wen Deyong, non-executive director, have been appointed as members of the Board's Audit Committee; Ms. Li Ying, non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Board's Nomination Committee; and Mr. Xing Yonggang, non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Board's Legal Compliance and Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee. All of these appointments will take effect from August 18, 2026.
