According to the National Development and Reform Commission, on August 14, 2026, Comrade Yue Xiuhu, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, presided over a work meeting to deploy efforts to accelerate the introduction of new policy-oriented financial tools in 2026 and to increase support for private investment projects. Responsible comrades from the development and reform commissions of certain provinces, as well as representatives from the China Development Bank, the Export-Import Bank of China, and the Agricultural Development Bank of China, attended the meeting. In the next steps, the National Development and Reform Commission will earnestly implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, actively collaborate with relevant parties, and further accelerate the advancement of various tasks related to the new policy-oriented financial tools for 2026.
