This expected decline is primarily affected by the following factors:

2. The self-owned factory is still in its ramp-up phase, with insufficient capacity utilization. The sales revenue from existing orders is unable to cover the fixed costs of factory operations and other operating expenses;
3. During the Reporting Period, the Group incurred significant foreign exchange losses due to fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates.
