V.S. INT'L (01002) issues a profit warning, expecting a mid-term profit attributable to shareholders of between 2 million and 3 million US dollars.

V.S. INT'L (01002) announced that the Group expects to record a profit of between USD 3 million to USD 4 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026 (the Current Period), compared to a profit of RMB 6.6 million (equivalent to approximately USD 900,000) for the same period in 2025. Specifically, the Group expects to record a profit attributable to the owners of the company of USD 2 million to USD 3 million for the Current Period, whereas the same period in 2025 was approximately RMB 600,000 (equivalent to about USD 100,000). The significant increase in profit during the Current Period is mainly due to: (i) an expansion of the Group's business scale leading to an increase in revenue of approximately USD 3 million and a corresponding increase in gross profit; (ii) an increase in rental income of approximately USD 200,000 from leasing factory premises located in Zhuhai, People's Republic of China; and (iii) a reduction in selling expenses of approximately USD 200,000.
