Chuanglian Holdings (02371) announced that Mr. Zhang Jie has resigned from his position as executive director, effective August 12, 2026, as he intends to focus on his personal affairs. Mr. Zhang will continue to serve as a senior management member of the group to provide continuity and support for operations.
