The company had previously submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 9, 2026.
According to a disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 11, Hangzhou Relan Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Relan Group") has submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC as its sole sponsor. The company had previously submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 9, 2026. According to the prospectus, Relan Group is a commodities industry service provider and trader located in China, procuring and selling over 294 types of physical goods, including ferrous metals and raw materials, chemicals, non-ferrous metals, and other categories. Based on data from Frost & Sullivan, the company is the fifth largest commodities industry service provider and trader in China (by trade volume and sales revenue in 2025); it is also the fourth largest steel industry service provider and trader in China (by trade volume and sales revenue in 2025), and the second largest steel export industry service provider and trader in China (by trade volume in 2025); in addition, the company is the second largest iron ore industry service provider and trader in China (by trade volume and sales revenue in 2025).
