During the period, product structure adjustments led to a gross margin increase of 2.5 percentage points year-on-year to 30.3%. Driven by the increase in gross margin, the profit attributable to shareholders from the instant noodles business rose by 5.5% year-on-year to 1.003 billion yuan in the first half of 2026.
In the first half of 2026, overall revenue from the beverages business was 26.541 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.7%, accounting for 65.5% of the groups total revenue. Product structure adjustments during the period led to a gross margin increase of 0.7 percentage points year-on-year to 38.4%. The increase in gross margin propelled the profit attributable to shareholders from the beverages business to rise by 10.7% year-on-year to 1.478 billion yuan in the first half of 2026.
