DAIDO GROUP (00544) announced that all conditions under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement on August 10, 2026. The subscriber has successfully subscribed for 10 million shares at a subscription price of HKD 1.00 per share. The 10 million subscribed shares represent approximately 19.76% of the total issued share capital of the company immediately before the completion of the subscription, and approximately 16.50% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company following the subscription shares issuance.
