According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on August 7, Qinhao Pharmaceutical has submitted its listing application for the second time to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Huatai International as its sole sponsor.
According to a disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 7, Qinhao Pharmaceutical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Qinhao Pharmaceutical) has submitted its second listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's main board, with Huatai International acting as its sole sponsor. Qinhao Pharmaceutical initially submitted its application in January 2026, but the prospectus officially lapsed in July. The prospectus indicates that Qinhao Pharmaceutical is a biopharmaceutical company established in 2014, with a differentiated and independently developed pipeline of innovative drug candidates focused on the RAS signaling pathway and synthetic lethality mechanisms. The company is dedicated to developing potential best-in-class targeted therapies in the field of oncology, with a pipeline that includes eight drug candidates. Among these, the core product GH21 is a potential best-in-class allosteric SHP2 inhibitor, which is currently in phase 2 clinical trials.
