Zheneng Mailing has once again submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities and China Merchants Bank International as co-sponsors.
According to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure on August 7, Zhejiang Zheneng Mailing Green Shipping Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Zheneng Mailing) has submitted a listing application to the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC SEC and CCB International as joint sponsors. The company previously submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 30, 2026.
The prospectus shows that Zheneng Mailing is a global leader in providing green shipping equipment and systems. According to data from Zhenxing Consulting, the company is the largest supplier of ship exhaust emission control and purification systems in the world by revenue as of 2025. The company's flagship product in this business line is the Exhaust Gas Cleaning System (EGCS), which ranks first globally by revenue in 2025; the company's Greenhouse Gas Continuous Emission Monitoring System (GHGCEMS) is the worlds first related product to obtain certification from a classification society. The company's flagship product in the ship energy efficiency enhancement system, the shaft generator system, was launched in 2024 and achieved delivery in the same year. By revenue, the company is the second largest supplier of ship energy efficiency enhancement systems globally by 2025.
