The ticket purchase page displays exclusive family discounts and also offers a price guarantee that pays double if the price is higher, saving families from repeatedly comparing prices. If there are any questions during the booking process, users can directly ask Meituan's AI assistant "Xiaotuan," which will provide purchasing suggestions based on the actual situation of family travel. After order confirmation, the page generates a travel checklist, reminding users of what documents to bring, what luggage to prepare, and important points for security checks, thus reducing confusion before departure. According to Meituan data, after the launch of this feature, it has served a total of 15,000 users, with Can I bring a stroller on the plane? being the most concerned question among families with children.
