OSL Group (00863) announced that Mr. Gao Yifeng will succeed Ms. Guo Wanfen as the company secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and authorized representative for accepting legal process documents or notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong pursuant to Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), all effective from July 24, 2026.
