Jinyan Kaolin New Material (02693) announced that Ms. Wang Yuli (Ms. Wang) has resigned as an executive director and general manager of the company, as well as a member of the company's nomination committee, and Mr. Li Zhuangzhi (Mr. Li) has resigned as a non-executive director of the company and a member of the company's remuneration and assessment committee, both effective July 24, 2026, due to Ms. Wang's job relocation and Mr. Li reaching the statutory retirement age.
