Haina Intelligent (01645) announced that on July 24, 2026, the company, Jinjiang Yuan Shu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (Jinjiang Yuan Shu, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), and Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Research Institute (Shenzhen Research Institute) entered into a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly establish a smart production line robot joint laboratory for a period of 3 years. The joint laboratory will focus on research and development and technology transfer in the areas of intelligent upgrading of production lines, embodied intelligent industrial applications, visual inspection, and digital twinning.

(Jinjiang Yanshu, a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company), and the Shenzhen Artificial Intelligence and Siasun Robot & Automation Research Institute (Shenzhen Research Institute) signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly establish the Siasun Robot & Automation Joint Laboratory for intelligent production lines. The cooperation period is 3 years. The joint laboratory will focus on research and development in the fields of intelligent upgrade of production lines, embodied intelligent industrial applications, visual inspection, and digital twins. Jinjiang Yanshu is a limited company established in accordance with Chinese law and a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company. It is mainly engaged in the research, production, and sales of Siasun Robot & Automation's line composite handling solutions based on "wheelbase mobile chassis + robotic arm" and flexible logistics solutions. The Shenzhen Research Institute was founded in 2019 and is one of the top ten basic research institutions in the city established by the Shenzhen Municipal Government relying on the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen). It focuses on basic theory and original technology research in the field of artificial intelligence and Siasun Robot & Automation, promoting the application and transformation of intelligent technology in medical rehabilitation, intelligent manufacturing, urban services, and sustainable development. The directors believe that cooperation with the Shenzhen Research Institute will help the company enhance its core technology capabilities in intelligent manufacturing by leveraging top research resources, aligning with the group's long-term development strategy, and is expected to generate additional revenue for the group, benefiting the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
