Guotai Junan International (03329) announced that on July 22, 2026, Preferred Investment (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) acquired CMINLE Notes III with a face value of 10 million US dollars at a purchase price of 100 US dollars in the over-the-counter market, for a consideration of 10 million US dollars (equivalent to approximately 78.5 million Hong Kong dollars).
