Asia Technology Holdings (08279) rose more than 9% during trading, as of the time of writing, it is up 7.58% to 0.71 Hong Kong dollars, with a turnover of 4.7742 million Hong Kong dollars.
AGTECH HOLDINGS (08279) rose over 9% intraday, closing at a 7.58% increase to HKD 0.71 with a turnover of HKD 4.7742 million at the time of writing.
On the news front, AGTECH HOLDINGS announced in January that its subsidiary TGX had entered into a technical services agreement with The Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society. On July 23, the company further announced the establishment of a joint venture with The Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society Group to design, develop, operate, and maintain a core platform owned jointly by TGX and The Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society Group for the benefit of the latter, its users, and other customers.
It is worth noting that AGTECH HOLDINGS submitted an application to list on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on June 18. The Board of Directors believes that listing on the Main Board will enhance the brand awareness of the group as a comprehensive financial technology group, strengthen interactions and connections with users, merchants, financial institutions, business partners, and investors, and support the group in continuously seizing and expanding business opportunities in the current market positioning.
