Huaxin Holdings (01657) announced that Mr. Cha Wenyu, Mr. Wang Chunbin, Mr. Zhang Denghui, and Mr. Jiang Hongqing have been appointed as executive directors, and the appointment will take effect immediately upon the publication of the comprehensive document on July 24, 2026.

The Board further announced that the following will take immediate effect after the comprehensive documents are published on July 24, 2026: (i) Mr. Cai Jingting resigning as Chairman of the Board, with Mr. Cha Wenyu being appointed as Chairman of the Board; (ii) Mr. Cai Jingting resigning as the CEO of the company, with Mr. Wang Chunbin being appointed as the CEO of the company; and (iii) Mr. Cai Jingting no longer serving as the authorized representative of the company in accordance with Listing Rule 3.05, with Mr. Cha Wenyu being appointed as the authorized representative of the company in accordance with Listing Rule 3.05.
