Citigroup: WYNN MACAU (01128) new hotel project approved, maintains "buy" rating.
Citigroup reiterated a "buy" rating for Wynn Macau with a target price of 6.8 Hong Kong dollars, believing that The Enclave project will help Wynn Macau maintain long-term competitiveness and optimistic about its forecasts.
Citibank released a research report stating that the Macau government approved WYNN MACAU (01128) to expand the Wynn Palace on land in Cotai, developing a new five-star hotel, a theater, and an event and entertainment center. The one-time land premium is 652.3 million Macau dollars, a price considered reasonable. It is believed to be part of the 9 billion to 9.5 billion US dollar capital expenditure budget for The Enclave hotel project announced by Wynn management in May this year. Citibank reiterated a "buy" rating for WYNN MACAU with a target price of 6.8 Hong Kong dollars, believing that The Enclave project will help WYNN MACAU maintain long-term competitiveness and is optimistic about its prospects.
