Bank of Zhengzhou (06196) has been authorized to issue capital replenishment bonds and ordinary financial bonds.
Zhengzhou Bank (06196) issued an announcement that recently, the bank received the "Administrative Licensing Decision Letter" (Yin Xu Zhun Yu Jue Zi [2026] No. 67) from the People's Bank of China, allowing the bank to issue capital replenishment bonds in the national interbank market and overseas market. The administrative license is valid until June 30, 2027, and at the end of the validity period, the bank's additional balance of capital replenishment bonds shall not exceed RMB 6 billion, and the total balance of capital replenishment bonds shall not exceed RMB 16 billion. The bank can choose to issue the bonds in installments within the validity period.

The administrative license is valid until June 30, 2027, with the total amount of new regular financial bonds not exceeding RMB 20 billion and the total amount of regular financial bonds not exceeding RMB 27 billion. The bank can choose the issuance time within the validity period.
