According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 22, Zhenqu Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Zhenqu Technology) has submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities and Guotai Junan Securities as joint sponsors.
According to the disclosure of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 22nd, Zhenqu Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Zhenqu Technology) submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC SEC and Guotai Haitong as joint sponsors. The company had previously submitted its application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 2, 2026.
The prospectus shows that Zhenqu Technology is a technology-driven supplier of electronic control solutions, mainly targeting the field of new energy vehicles. As the core subsystem of electric drive or power systems, electronic control converts electrical energy into controllable power output to achieve precise control of motors or power sources, thereby ensuring efficient and reliable vehicle performance. As of May 31, 2026, the company has won 59 projects from 15 OEMs directly or through first-tier suppliers; its solutions have been applied in 92 models, with 74 models entering mass production. According to Frost & Sullivan data, the company's main solutions are in a leading position in the Chinese market in terms of sales revenue.
