Bokewei, Luwen Instruments, and Zhuolei Laser have updated their status for the Sci-Tech Innovation Board IPO review to "inquiry received".
The website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange shows that Wuchi Micro, Luwen Instruments, and Zhuoray Laser, three companies, have updated their status for the science and technology innovation board IPO review to "inquiry received." According to their prospectus, Wuchi Micro is one of the early domestic chip design companies to fully adopt the RISC-V architecture and achieve commercial production. Since its establishment, the company has focused on the research and sales of communication SoC chips and software solutions, providing custom SoC chip services to customers. The company is committed to the deep integration of short-distance communication and edge intelligence, and has developed three core capabilities including high-bandwidth low-latency communication technology, edge multimodal AI algorithms, and ultra-low-power mixed-signal chip design. They have built a complete self-developed platform based on these capabilities, forming a business direction driven by the "central connection + edge entry" dual-wheel drive. Currently, the company's products are mainly used in the fields of network communication and edge intelligence. Luwen Instruments is dedicated to providing advanced equipment and process solutions for the integrated circuit manufacturing industry. Since its establishment, the company has focused on the research, production, and sales of semiconductor front-end equipment. With a strategy of differentiated development from domestic competitors, Luwen Instruments has formed a diverse product matrix centering on ion beam equipment and inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etching equipment, with chemical vapor deposition equipment and gas phase decomposition metal contamination collection equipment as auxiliary products. Their products are widely used in advanced processes in logic and memory wafer fabs, as well as in specialty processes in power wafer fabs and optical display fabs. Zhuoray Laser is mainly engaged in the development, production, and sales of high-end pulse lasers represented by ultrafast lasers and high-energy lasers. As one of the few comprehensive laser manufacturers in the industry with a "superfast + high energy" dual-wheel drive approach, Zhuoray Laser is also one of the earliest domestic enterprises to focus on the development and industrialization of ultrafast laser core technology. The company holds leading market shares in the domestic market for ultrafast and high-energy lasers. They focus on multiple application areas including semiconductors, national defense and military industry, and scientific research, and are actively expanding into future key industrial areas represented by controllable nuclear fusion.
