Small molecule cancer therapy developer BlossomHill Therapeutics (BLSM.US) has applied to list on the US stock market, aiming to raise up to $100 million.
BlossomHill Therapeutics plans to raise up to $100 million through its initial public offering (IPO).
BlossomHill Therapeutics is a biotechnology company with a pipeline that has advanced to Phase II clinical trials, focusing on developing small molecule anti-cancer therapies. The company filed its IPO prospectus with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday, intending to raise up to $100 million through an initial public offering (IPO).
BlossomHill Therapeutics focuses on developing small molecule anti-cancer drugs: first identifying structural defects in existing therapies, then designing new compounds to overcome these defects. Its lead candidate drug, BH-30643, is currently undergoing a global Phase I/II clinical trial for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The company plans to hold an end-of-Phase I clinical trial communication meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the fourth quarter of 2026 to discuss recommended dosages for Phase II clinical trials and potential accelerated approval pathways for specific patients. The company also has two other candidate drugs: BH-30236, a CLK inhibitor currently in Phase I clinical trials for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia and high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome patients; and BH-501284, a preclinical stage pan-KRAS project.
This San Diego-based company was founded in 2020 and plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "BLSM". BlossomHill Therapeutics submitted its IPO application secretly on April 24, 2026. J.P. Morgan, Leerink Partners, Guggenheim Securities, LifeSci Capital, and HC Wainwright are the joint bookrunners for this transaction. Pricing terms were not disclosed.
