Increase support for home service enterprises (1) Cultivate home service brand enterprises. Encourage regions with conditions to support home service enterprises in innovating service models, exploring smart scenarios, expanding home-based elderly care and childcare services, and promoting the standardization, professionalization, and industrialization of home service development. Coordinate central budget investment and other funding channels to support vocational schools in establishing home service industry-education integration training bases. Guide vocational training institutions in the home service sector to equip a full-time and part-time teaching team that is appropriate for school size and professions (occupations) to carry out teaching tasks with professionals who have rich practical experience and technical expertise hired from enterprises and industries. Promote the application of the group standard "Evaluation of Women's Home Service Institutions" and the guideline "Evaluation Guide for Women's Home Service Institutions (Trial)" and encourage all levels of Women's Federations to conduct evaluation activities. For home service enterprises that practice hierarchical management of home service personnel and differentiate prices based on this, reasonable grading standards should be established based on key information such as the years of employment, work experience, skill level certificates, and user evaluations of employees, and clear pricing should be provided to consumers. Home service enterprises and Internet platform companies providing pricing templates to operators inside the platform must comply with the requirements of "clear pricing and prohibition of price fraud."
